The tower reached its full height this month, capping a structure engineered onto a quarter-acre infill lot in Seattle. The concrete core and post-tensioned floor system kept the building slender enough for the site while maximizing leasable area on every floor. Interior fit-out is underway, with occupancy targeted for Q4.
